LATE ENTRY & RE-ENTRY POLICY

1. Late Entry

Audience enjoyment and the safety of our cast and crew are of the upmost importance.  As such, the Swamp Donkey Musical Theatre Society does not permit late arrivals.  Once the doors to the theatre have closed, the production has begun and there will be no late admissions to the theatre.  There will be no refunds or exchanges on tickets where audience members arrive late and are not permitted to enter the theatre.

2. Re-Entry

In order to show respect for audience members and ensure the safety of our cast and crew, audience members who leave the theatre once the show has started will not be permitted to re-enter the theatre until the intermission or the end of the show.  There will be no refunds or exchanges on tickets where audience members leave the theatre and are not permitted to re-enter the theatre.
